How do I request early or late check-in/check-out?
Our guaranteed check-in time is 5:00 pm in the summer and 4:00 pm all other seasons. However, we are happy to note your early arrival on your reservation and our housekeeping team will try their best to accommodate this request.
Regular check-out time is 11:00 AM. We are happy to note your request for a late check-out on your reservation and on the morning of departure, our housekeeping team will confirm if we have availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate or package booked. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please call our guest services team at 1-855-936-5400.
If the reservation was made through a third-party website, including Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Hotwire etc., the cancellation will need to be processed through them directly.

A valid credit card with matching government issued photo ID in the name of the reservation is required to reserve and at check-in.
Upon check-out, your stay can be paid for with credit, cash, or debit.
Why do I see two charges on my credit card after check out?
Depending on your financial institution, the initial authorization we take at check-in may appear on your credit card statement as a charge. The authorization includes a nightly incidentals hold, which, if unused will be released once the final payment is processed.

What are the applicable taxes on my accommodation?
The total taxes applied to each hotel room night is 16%. Below is a full breakdown:
Room PST (8%) – Provincial Sales Tax – tax for short term accommodations
Room GST (5%) – Goods and Services Tax
MRDT (3%) – Municipal and Regional District Tax
